After receiving your payment we will dispatch your order, and it will arrive 2-5 working days.
Orders will be dispatched using stock roasted within a maximum of 7 days before the order being placed.
You may receive coffee roasted on the day of your order being placed; we strongly recommend resting this coffee for seven days before opening.
If you are not happy with the quality of your coffee, please contact us, and we will try to find an appropriate solution.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days and we will happily offer a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse postage costs.
If goods returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his/her cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
Your privacy is important to us. We never share, sell or distribute your information to anyone. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address - credit card payments are processed through trusted third-party partner so we do not have access to your credit card details.
